Answer

1) Open the file “config.xml” for editing, typically located in the path: <drive>\Program Files\autopass\apls\apls\webapps\autopass\WEB-INF\classes

2) Locate the string: com.hp.autopassj.ls.reports.exportrecordsize

Example: <entry key="com.hp.autopassj.ls.reports.exportrecordsize">5000</entry>

3) Change the value from 5000, raise as necessary, i.e. 10000

4) Save the changes

5) Restart the APLS service
