Summary

Data stuck in stage tables in Vertica database

Error

No Data in reports despite all streams are up to date.

Cause

In OBR version 10.30 we have issue where data is stuck in stage tables like SR_SM_NODE_RES_ and all others.

Fix

Execute below commands:

shiftmaint

datetimemaint

 

Restart Timer service and check that data is moved slowly to Rate tables ex. SR_SM_NODE_RES
