Service Manager has two open ports; one port is http and the other is https. Certain operators need to access https and the other operators need to access http. Is it possible to restrict which operators can log into an http or https port listener?

It is not possible to have the system automatically allow or prohibit an operator from using a specific port. Once the operator is presented with a login page (whether through http or https) it will be the operator id and password that will allow access to the system.
