In October 2007, Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced the product discontinuance of HP StorageWorks File System Extender (FSE) product.

HP has been partnering with Grau Data Storage (GDS), the technology owner of the FSE product, to deliver additional product and support migration options for current HP FSE customers. Grau Data Storage is offering HP FSE customers with active HP multiyear support contracts an early migration to GDS’ own branded product and support. Detailed information regarding this is available in the Customer Letter (link below).
