  Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the discontinuance of HP Service Desk (SD) 4.5 products. HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for your HP Service Desk products, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.

For customers that require additional support on Service Desk, HP Software offers a HP Service Desk Limited Support Program which provides one (1) additional year of limited support until December 31, 2013. The Program is available only to customers who have a current HP Service Desk maintenance contract and have not yet committed to or started their migration from HP Service Desk versions 4.5 or 5.1 to HP Service Manager.
