  Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the product obsolescence of ServiceCenter 6.2x. All ServiceCenter customers with an active support contract are eligible to upgrade to Service Manager 9.3x.

HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for ServiceCenter, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.

For customers that require additional support on ServiceCenter, HP Software offers an HP ServiceCenter Limited Support Program which provides one (1) additional year of limited support until December 31, 2015. The Program is available only to customers who have a current HP ServiceCenter maintenance contract and have not yet committed to or started their migration from HP ServiceCenter versions 6.2x to HP Service Manager.
