Summary

Effective January 22, 2013, HP had restructured the licensing model for new versions of HP Continuous Delivery Automation (“CDA”) in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. As of August 1, 2015, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for CDA will be migrated to the corresponding New Structure CDA products.

Effective January 22, 2013, HP had restructured the licensing model for new versions of HP Continuous Delivery Automation (“CDA”) in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. As of August 1, 2015, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for CDA will be migrated to the corresponding New Structure CDA products. For each license in the CDA Old Structure, the customer will be entitled to the corresponding CDA New Structure products in accordance with the table below:

License Migration Terms
The CDA New Structure (“Exchanged Software”) is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased CDA Old Structure, and the new additional license terms for the applicable Exchanged Software as set forth at http://www.hp.com/go/SWLicensing ("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Exchanged Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms.
