As of August 15, 2018, Micro Focus introduced a new product structure to change from OSI-Based licensing structure to Unit-Based licensing. This program responds to the business strategy to expand the offering to all ITOM suites and align Operations Orchestration to ITOM suites pricing model. Accordingly, at the time of next support contract renewal, Micro Focus will replace the Operations Orchestration license SKUs on support contracts with new license SKUs. This does not involve any form of technical migration or changes to your environment. |

License Migration Terms |

The Migrated Software is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased Operations Orchestration and the new additional license terms for the applicable Migrated Software as set forth at https://mysupport.microfocus.com/web/softwaresupport/document/-/facetsearch/document/KM720008 ("Additional License Authorizations"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Migrated Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms. |
