Product & Pricing Change

  As of April 15, 2014, HP Cloud Service Automation product structure and pricing have been simplified significantly in order to make transactions smoother and easier. HP Cloud Service Automation 4.0x supports this simplified product structure and pricing. The changes are:

For each unit of HP CSA Foundation Server Software licensed per Foundation Server, you will be entitled to 100 licenses of HP CSA 10 Operating System Instances Pack Software version 4.x (or 1000 Operating System Instances).

As of April 15, 2014, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for HP CSA Foundation Server Software will be exchanged with HP Cloud Service Automation Software 10 OS Instance Pack product structure.

As part of the product structure change, customers upgrading to HP Cloud Service Automation 4.0x will need to request new license keys after the support contract has been updated.

License Migration Terms

  The HP CSA version 4.x 10 OS Instance pack Software (the "Migrated Software") is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which you previously purchased HP CSA Foundation Server Software and the new additional license terms for the applicable Exchanged Software as set forth at Software Licensing ("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Exchanged Software is your acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms.
