On May 1, 2015, Hewlett-Packard (*HP) has announced the End of Committed Support extension of HP Operations Agent 11.0x & HP Infrastructure SPIs, HP Performance Agent 11.0x, HP GlancePlus 11.0x and HP GlancePlus Pak 11.0x from May 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015. All HP Operations Agent 11.0x & HP Infrastructure SPIs, HP Performance Agent 11.0x, HP GlancePlus 11.0x and HP GlancePlus Pak 11.0x customers with an active support contract are eligible.
On December 31, 2014, Hewlett-Packard (HP) has announced the End of Sale of Operations Agent 11.0x, Performance Agent 11.0x, GlancePlus 11.0x and GlancePlus Pak 11.0x . All Operations Agent 11.0x, Performance Agent 11.0x, GlancePlus 11.0x and GlancePlus Pak 11.0x customers with an active support contract are eligible to upgrade to Operations Agent 11.1x, Performance Agent 11.1x, GlancePlus 11.1x and GlancePlus Pak 11.1x.
