Summary

Effective October 1, 2014, HP had restructured the licensing model for HP Adoption Readiness Tool (ART) Enterprise Suite products in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. In addition, HP ART Enterprise Suites are being obsoleted. The changes affect all the HP ART Enterprise Suites. As of January 1, 2015, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for HP ART Suites will be migrated to the individual products that comprised the suite(s).

Effective October 1, 2014, HP had restructured the licensing model for HP Adoption Readiness Tool (ART) Enterprise Suite products in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. In addition, HP ART Enterprise Suites are being obsoleted. The changes affect all the HP ART Enterprise Suites. As of January 1, 2015, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for HP ART Suites will be migrated to the individual products that comprised the suite(s). Details of this migration are as follows:

For each HP ART Suite, customer will be entitled to: a) 2 HP ART Author Dev Kit Named Users and b) 1 HP ART Enterprise Course as listed on the support renewal quotation (“Migrated Software”).

License Migration Terms

  The Migrated Software is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased the ART Suite(s) and the new additional license terms for the applicable Migrated Software as set forth at http://www.hp.com/go/SWLicensing ("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Migrated Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms.
