Effective March 01, 2015 HP is obsoleting the HP Unified Communication and Collaborations Management (“UCCM”) Standard Edition Suite May 2011 and Sep 2012 product and providing HP Network Node Manager i (“NNMi”) Ultimate 10.0x and HP SiteScope 11.2x as a replacement. As of March 1, 2015, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for HP UCCM Standard Edition Suite May 2011 and Sep 2012 will be migrated to HP NNMi Ultimate 10.0x and HP SiteScope 11.2x. Customer will be entitled to HP NNMi Ultimate 10.0x and HP SiteScope 11.2x licenses in accordance with the table below.  

For each of the software listed below(“ Original Software”)  Customer will be entitled to the following software ( ‘Migrated Software”)

License Migration Terms
     
 

The Migrated Software is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased  the Original Softwareand the new additional license terms for the applicable Migrated Software as set forth at http://www.hp.com/go/SWLicensing ("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Migrated Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms.
