Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing product obsolescence of Shunra Network Virtualization Desktop, Shunra Network Virtualization Mobile, HP Network Capture Suite and End of Sale of HP Network Virtualization for Mobile 8.5x effective as of the dates set forth below. (Referencing as NV for Network Virtualization in the below).

Please note that all Customers with active support contracts are eligible to request a license exchange as listed below

  • Shunra NV Desktop to HP NV for Mobile 9.0x and (HP Network Capture Server Instance; where eligible)
  • Shunra NV Mobile to HP NV for Mobile 9.0x
  • HP Network Capture Suite to HP NV for Mobile 9.0x and HP Network Capture Server Instance
  • HP NV for Mobile 8.5x to HP NV for Mobile 9.0x

Important Note
Existing customers who want to add-on capacity to an existing 8.5x or 9.0x installation unfortunately cannot have mixed versions. Either you need to have the add-on capacity in version 8.5x or migrate any existing from 8.5x to 9.0x.
