Summary

Effective December 01, 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) had restructured the licensing model for HP Network Virtualization for LoadRunner per Load Generator (NV for LR per LG) products in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. As of February 01, 2016, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for NV for LR per LG will be migrated to new licensing model.

Program overview
 

Effective December 01, 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) had restructured the licensing model for HP Network Virtualization for LoadRunner per Load Generator (NV for LR per LG) products in order to make licensing of updates and new purchases smoother and easier. As of February 01, 2016, at the time of the next support contract renewal, existing support contracts for NV for LR per LG will be migrated to new licensing model.

For each license of NV for LR per LG ("Original Software"), customer will be entitled to 600 Virtual User licenses of NV for LR VU (“Migrated Software”).

License Migration Terms
 

The Migrated Software is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased  the Original Software and the new additional license terms for the applicable Migrated Software as set forth at http://www.hp.com/go/SWLicensing ("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Migrated Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms
