Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is announcing the product obsolescence of HP Business Process Insight with no replacement product as entitlement.

This impacts BAC for SAP Suite 7.00 because HP Business Process Insight is included; customers on active support for this suite will be entitled to the component products.

HPE is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for HP Business Process Insight, and will provide support as indicated by the program dates listed below.

Please be aware this is only about the HP Business Process Insight product, the other Application Performance Management (APM) products will continue to have new versions and will be supported per the communicated support time lines on SSO.
