Customers on active support are entitled to update to Security ArcSight Investigate 2.3x. Further information regarding Security ArcSight Investigate 2.3x can be found on Protect724, or through your local Micro Focus Sales Representative or Micro Focus Software Business Partner. Media and License keys You don’t need new license keys for Security ArcSight Investigate 2.3x. New media can be obtained through Software Licenses and Downloads Portal. Concurrent support: There will be 6 months of concurrent support for updating to Security ArcSight Investigate 2.3x. Key program dates listed above for Security ArcSight Investigate 2.0x and 2.1x are based on heritage HPE’s software support policy. Our goal is to provide you with a clear visibility into the support time-line of software products, enabling you to use this information to plan, test, and deploy new product versions. This version obsolescence is covered by version 1.1 of the Software Security Products Support Policy.
